Select between our Tier 1 Integrative Care or Tier 2 Advanced Complex Care memberships for ongoing support and treatment adjustments.

3. Ongoing Healing

Execute your individualized treatment strategy with regular lab interpretation, nurse practitioner visits, and specialized therapies as needed.

Following your Initial Consultation, patients may enroll in ongoing care through our Integrative Membership program.

Tier 1: Integrative Care

$375 / month

Ongoing foundational support for your integrative treatment plan.

Important Membership Details:

Membership covers medical care and treatment planning only.
Not included in membership fee: Supplements, homeopathy, botanicals, prescription medications, IV therapies, Q-REstrain (SOT) therapy, specialty laboratory testing, outside imaging, and outside pathology services.
This membership agreement is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance coverage. The Practice does not bill insurance for services provided through the Integrative Center program.
Membership fees may be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

Specialized Therapies

As part of your personalized treatment plan, our clinical team may recommend advanced therapeutic interventions. (Note: These therapies incur additional costs outside of membership fees.)

IV Therapy Program
